I sold my first bag a couple weeks ago and the process was seamless. Went into the store was given a quote within minutes. The customer service was exceptional, plenty of staff for all your needs. I was given options on payment and all were fair value. Payment came timely with no issues. I’ve since returned to sell a 2nd bag. 10/10 recommend and I will sell/buy from them again.

I had a few designer bags that I haven’t reached for in quite a while that I thought “Why not?” I got a real good offer on a bag and wallet. So while I’m waiting on payment, so far everything has gone super smooth so far. I will keep DDH in mind for future closet clean outs.

They don’t offer the best prices, but the staff are friendly and verify the products quickly which leads to quick payment.
