I purchased a sports jersey that was two sizes too big. Their size charts are not correct. Most importantly, when I tried to exchange the item for the correct size THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! So I'm stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit. You'll be better off finding another site if you want a sports jersey. I didn't read the fine print on Daily and Decor's website nor did I research this company before purchasing. Shame on me. I won't make that mistake again.

I keep getting emails saying it should have shipped and I keep emailing back to say we DO NOT HAVE THE SHIRT with no rssponse from Dally and Decor JoanCooper

I ordered a train star wars ornament what I received looked nothing like their advertisement. A cheap crappy ornament . If I could I would post their advertised product vs what I received.

Skyler, apparently, you are not in the loop with my order issues. Maybe you should speak to Henry in your organization. this is what I wrote on 10-16-26: SEE RESPONSES IN RED BELOW: On Friday, October 16, 2026 at 07:49:36 AM EDT, Hi Raymond, Thank you for reaching out to us! We’re truly sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand how disappointing that can be. To help us review your request for an exchange as quickly and fairly as possible, could you please provide the following: • A brief explanation of the issue with the item. ITEM DOES NOT MATCH THE PHOTO OF THE ITEM ON YOUR WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENT (SEE ATTACHED). THE MATERIAL IS A CHEAP FABRIC AND THE COLLAR IS VERY FLIMSY. NOT STIFF AS SHOWN IN YOUR ADVERTISEMENT PHOTO. THIS SHIRT IS A CHEAP KNOCKOFF!!!!!!! PLUS THERE HAVE BEEN MANY REVIEWS POSTED THAT MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE CLAIMED THE SAME THING. YOU HAVE A VERY BAD REPUTATION AS A SCAMMER!!!!! FOR THE PRICE OF THE SHIRT I WAS CHARGED ($45.00) THE QUALITY OF THE SHIRT SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER. PLUS THE LOGOS ARE FADED. • Clear photos of the product you received (front and back). SEE ATTACHED • A photo of the package label (shipping label) or tag. SEE ATTACHED

This is not what I thought I misunderstood the description- I thought it was going to be a green lanterns replica- it’s not it’s a Temu version

Bought a Marilyn Manson tshirt and hoodie for my birthday. I knew buying it that it was a knockoff, but I had just been to that concert and couldn’t afford the price, they ordered me the wrong size, I immediately reached out to customer service and they said they fixed it, I got a small anyway. Then they charged me another 10 bucks to send me a replacement shirt, then the hoodie showed up, looked NOTHING like the pic. It was made out of that cheap shiny fabric places like Temu and SHEIN are using for all their clothes. Then I reviewed the quality of the clothes on their site and they immediately deleted the review to maintain a higher review rate on the site.

The material of this shirt looks nothing like the picture. This cost me 55 dollars i cant even believe you guys are ripping people off like this. Cant believe I lost all this money for what I received. barely cant read the writing all blurry even the camo is blurry terrible screen printing

Not only was the product poor quality, but the customer service was terrible. The hat is a low quality no-name brand and the stitching is off center and not trademarked. They are obviously bootlegging their product. When I requested a return - which followed within the guidelines of their return policy - Henry refused. I have over 25 emails with him that include pictures, dates, examples, and comparisons to their advertised product, and he still refuses. I am in talks with my credit card and the university trademark and licensing department about this business.
