DailyanddecorReviews of dailyanddecor.com

My five star rating reflects my purchase in wanting to surprise my daughter with a hoodie that i ended up finding on Dailyanddecor ‘s website. I have to admit that i am a hesitate on-line shopper. And, with this in mind and Murphy’s law in motion, sure enough, a glitch in my address took place. I panicked and reached out to their customer service email and explained to them what happened. It was here, when i met Henry from this company and 100 percent he kindly calmed my nerves. Henry demonstrated such kindness, patience and timely communication up until i received my order in my mailbox- Mahalo Henry for your exceptional customer service:)!!!

I purchased a sports jersey that was two sizes too big. Their size charts are not correct. Most importantly, when I tried to exchange the item for the correct size THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! So I'm stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit. You'll be better off finding another site if you want a sports jersey. I didn't read the fine print on Daily and Decor's website nor did I research this company before purchasing. Shame on me. I won't make that mistake again.

I was so happy with this company. They go f right as my order was placed. The sizing is true to size eith quality material for my Mr. Ballen liv d tour hoodie. It was delivered around 10 days after placing my order. Would buy items from them again. Very happy.

I keep getting emails saying it should have shipped and I keep emailing back to say we DO NOT HAVE THE SHIRT with no rssponse from Dally and Decor JoanCooper

I ordered a train star wars ornament what I received looked nothing like their advertisement. A cheap crappy ornament . If I could I would post their advertised product vs what I received.

Skyler, apparently, you are not in the loop with my order issues. Maybe you should speak to Henry in your organization. this is what I wrote on 10-16-26: SEE RESPONSES IN RED BELOW: On Friday, October 16, 2026 at 07:49:36 AM EDT, Hi Raymond, Thank you for reaching out to us! We’re truly sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand how disappointing that can be. To help us review your request for an exchange as quickly and fairly as possible, could you please provide the following: • A brief explanation of the issue with the item. ITEM DOES NOT MATCH THE PHOTO OF THE ITEM ON YOUR WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENT (SEE ATTACHED). THE MATERIAL IS A CHEAP FABRIC AND THE COLLAR IS VERY FLIMSY. NOT STIFF AS SHOWN IN YOUR ADVERTISEMENT PHOTO. THIS SHIRT IS A CHEAP KNOCKOFF!!!!!!! PLUS THERE HAVE BEEN MANY REVIEWS POSTED THAT MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE CLAIMED THE SAME THING. YOU HAVE A VERY BAD REPUTATION AS A SCAMMER!!!!! FOR THE PRICE OF THE SHIRT I WAS CHARGED ($45.00) THE QUALITY OF THE SHIRT SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER. PLUS THE LOGOS ARE FADED. • Clear photos of the product you received (front and back). SEE ATTACHED • A photo of the package label (shipping label) or tag. SEE ATTACHED

it’s been 20 days and my package is still in delivery yet the owner keeps asking me for a review. this is my review until i receive my things. extremely slow shipping process.
