I never had a problem with getting good RSO from DH. I always get the HRC and love it. I see they added RSO from Higher Grounds. It was a little more expensive. No biggie. I seen they listed a strain selection and I was excited to try them. I use RSO for pain management do to bad diabetic neuropathy. I get the indica mix syringe. I noticed a big bubble in the RSO. Once air gets into the syringe the RSO turns hard. I've tried running it under hot water in a zip lock bag and still it hardly comes out. Whenit does its hard like stale taffy. I reached out to DH to only get ghosted. First she said to run it under hot water. Which didn't work as I explained and sent pictures in the email. After that one email back. No more responses. I love DH products but this is unacceptable and horrible customer service

They sell RSO that’s burnt or not processed correctly. 1/4 tubes even resembled an oil. The others were dull, not glassy like an oil. This company is honestly atrocious to human beings. They know they’re In the wrong yet justify it how? Greed? I literally am supposedly the only person who’s had an issue? I have a hard time believing that when I can show yoh literally boxes of empty luer locks. Yours are dried up and cracked. Thank you for don’t nothing! Atrocious human beings! Sincerely atrocious!

Twice in a row made me do extra verification. Takes longer than a week to ship. Second time they made me verify which they said I passed and will fulfill my order. 3 days later they send me another invoice saying u didnt pay when its not possible to order without your card being charged. I emailed them about it and was ignored by another 4 days. The following monday they replied saying “they forgot to accept my payment so it automatically cancelled it.” I have been waiting for a refund for over a week since the cancellation and it still hasn’t reached my account. Shop elsewhere its not hard to find another vendor that doesn’t treat you like bs and carries the same product.

The cold packaging arrived melted and hot after a long wait. Unfortunately the terps seem to have degraded as a result.
