I had put an inquiry in in the middle of the night and heard back from Jessica very quickly the next day. I pregnancy brain spaced on responding to her email but when I did she surprised me by saying they’d already processed my second missing bag being shipped. The customer service was excellent and Jessica was so kind!
Response from DailiesJul 20, 2026
Leslie, pregnancy brain is a completely valid excuse, and honestly, the fact that we'd already taken care of the second bag by the time you responded is exactly what should happen! 🤍 You had enough on your plate and I just wanted to make sure it was handled without you having to follow up again. Wishing you a smooth and healthy rest of your pregnancy! —Jessica | Dailies Team

I received my order and only had 1 packet of Dailies in it and I had ordered 2. I emailed that night about my issue. I received an automated response. The next day, Elle emailed me and promptly fixed the issue. I appreciate the quick response and turnaround.
