The popping vitamins for kids had raving reviews on Instagram stories and ads, so I was really excited to order them for my kids. All three kids nearly threw up when they tasted them for the first time…the taste was THAT bad! Given that we spent over $100 for 3 packs + shipping for the product, I contacted Dailies support to express our disappointment in the product. Instead of offering a refund for the unopened packages or even a small discount to try a different flavor, they simply said we were out that money. I know it’s a family owned business, but that was very disappointing to hear given I spent so much money on a product my kids will never again use…and to know they’re not offering anything to make it right really irks me. We will never again use this company, nor will I ever speak highly of Dailies to my friends or on social media.

I ordered and tried it. I really wanted to like it but I can’t drink it and It also had a horrible after taste. I know there is no refunds but I contacted customer service and they were not willing to help at all. They just tried to offer me a small discount to order more. For a new company you think they’d have better customer service.

It doesn't blend or mix like it should. Advised CS and tried 2 different flavors and followed their suggestions with ice, more water etc. and still not great. Shipping took so long. Over 10 days and we are local. However once CS responded to initial question, they didn't comment on similar issue with other flavor. Haven't drant any additional packets and son-in-law sait if was also a no for him too... Way too sweet for him also.
