Chunky and too sweet. Artificial.
It doesn't blend or mix like it should. Advised CS and tried 2 different flavors and followed their suggestions with ice, more water etc. and still not great. Shipping took so long. Over 10 days and we are local. However once CS responded to initial question, they didn't comment on similar issue with other flavor. Haven't drant any additional packets and son-in-law sait if was also a no for him too... Way too sweet for him also.

I’m sorry this left you feeling disappointed, Brook. And thank you for the feedback on shipping and communication. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we appreciate you calling it out. Your feedback matters to us as we improve our processes. Quick question: what kind of shaker are you using, and about how much liquid are you mixing it with? It usually mixes best when there’s a little extra space in the shaker so the powder can move around while you shake. If the bottle is filled all the way to the top, it can foam up a bit at first and may not mix as smoothly. So, having enough room to shake is key.
