I’ve bought about 5 hats from this company so far and I’ve had really good experiences. Most recently I purchased some hats and forgot to add my email address. I reached out to the company because I didn’t receive an order number or tracking number. I talked to Lance and he was able to help me out. His response time was fast and he sent over all the details. The quality of the hats are exceptional. I have no complaints at all.

My husband has ordered a couple hats before and they are his favorite! I ordered him 3 more and mis-spelled my email- So when I emailed them to update it they responded in like 5 minutes which I was not expecting since it was so late! Great customer service and a wondering product! Can’t wait to order more!

Great quality and an awesome company! I recently got a few hats from Dad Gang and I couldn’t be happier with them. The hat looks great, fits comfortably, and the quality is better than I expected. You can tell they put thought into their products, and it’s awesome wearing something that represents being a dad. I’ve already gotten compliments on it, and it definitely won’t be my last Dad Gang hat. Highly recommend to any dad looking for a great hat and something that represents the Dad Gang! 👊🧢

I am a Day 1 Dadgang Collector I have 87 Hats 4 mugs 7 Shirts a wallet. Safe to Say Total Dadgang Ambassador in West L.A. love the community and the support the message of giving Dads Courage Strength and just someone that you can vent to a true community of Dads. The Fellas that own it are The coolest Dudes down to earth I've had Convos with them before and they dont make you feel small. All in All I will continue to support this Brand and hope one day to meet the crew!

Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with my most recent order. I’ve ordered from this company many times before and have always had a good experience, with my orders usually shipping within a week or less. This time was completely different. I ordered a hat and went almost three weeks with no shipping update at all. I had to repeatedly reach out to customer service just to find out what was going on, and they couldn’t give me a clear answer as to why my order hadn’t shipped or where it was. By the time I actually receive the hat, it will have been close to a month since I placed the order. I understand that delays happen, but what disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. After waiting weeks and having to continually follow up myself, I asked if they could do something to make things right—whether that was adding an extra hat to my order, offering some type of reimbursement, or even just a small gesture for the inconvenience. Nothing was offered. I’ve been a repeat customer and have never had an issue with them before, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I wasn’t expecting anything unreasonable, but after waiting nearly a month for a hat and receiving very little help along the way, I feel like the least they could have done was make some effort to make things right.

Customer service was great, they responded to my email and fixed my issue all under 24 hours.

Not only does Dadgang sell quality merchandise but they also offer quality prompt support services which nowadays is very rare..Makes a big difference when the merch is not coming from overseas..Thank You
