A scam on Facebook for a "company" in China. Not as pictured and quality of fabric and sewing terrible!! Lesson learned and will NEVER fall again.

Finally arrived 3 months late, It was shipped from China not the US like they say. Quality is terrible it's gross see-through polyester. Looks nothing like the picture, in pattern or material. No cotton in the blend like the say. terrible 1 seam sew job... Typical Facebook China quality scam. If it's cheap and it looks too good to be true.. it is. I don't know how these people get away with it.

I ordered 4 dresses and never received them. When I contacted them, they sent me a shipping log...all in Chinese, except for "delivered" at the bottom. I again emailed them and was told to call 2 800 numbers. I wrote back that it was their job to locate my purchase, i.e., customer service. They responded that they did their job...it was sent. Very snippy. I have requested a refund, and I am waiting. Their clothing is advertised as made and shipped from the US and UK..NOT TRUE! I was scammed!

FYI don’t order from this company- it takes weeks to ship and by then they don’t have the stuff. I ordered from them 2 months ago and still haven’t gotten my package. Is it a scam?

Terrible. I emailed before I ordered to ask if I could return if not as expected and was told yes their customer team would help in that event. So I ordered the dress, it took 3 weeks to arrive despite costing $14.99, The fabric is awful, very cheap, the dress was advertised as XL being 111cm bust, and is actually 100cm bust. I email to return, but have been told I can only exchange for a larger size, which obviously I don't want, or I can keep and have a refund of 50%(ish) I left a 1 star review on their website, which has now been removed - surely this is false advertising as it appears that they only have 5 star reviews on there. All in all dreadful, I will never use again.

STILL waiting for my large order since JULY 20TH. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER #1751886 & reimburse me.

I bought 5 items of clothing from Dacelyn. 3 of them were o.k. 2 were not. The fit style and cloth were not as pictured or represented. I requested a return label so I could send them back for a refund. They asked me to send hem a photo of the items, then I was told they would not send a label. Basically I would have to mail them to China or somewhere like that. They offered to credit me approx a 40 % credit which I accepted. It seemed it was that or nothing. I will not buy from them again. This might be premature but I will increase the stars if I ever receive my items. Ordered over two weeks ago. No shipment and not answer to emails requesting order updates.
