The worst! I would give zero stars. Ordered on 9/25 as of 10/30 not received. I have asked 5 times for a refund. They tell me to be patient. Do not order from this company!!! It's a scam.

On Sept 18, 2021, I placed an order for 3 dresses, $106.97. They finally arrived Oct 21st. None of them fit me. I asked how to return and they offered me $15!!! Yes, I took a chance on this company! I got burned!!! Buyer beware!!! This is there response... Dear customer: we are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the items. we can compensate you part of the amount. We are willing to offer you $15 US dollars refund as a compensation. Is that OK?

Nothing is true to size, too small. Received a snagged sweater, they refuse to respond to my request to return or send a return shipping label. Product takes weeks and weeks to get. Don't do business with this company. UPDATE 11/9/21 They never sent me a shipping label to return 2 sweaters, they emailed me this "the cost to send my sweaters to Dubai will out way the reward for $88 credit". Shipping label came from NY. Unfortunetly, I ordered more sweaters right after this order. Took over 1 month to get, one sweater has a high neck, it's stretched out so badly at the top of the neck and looks like it's ready to fray. I will suck this up to another $90 wasted. Buyer beware!

Be advised! This company does not allow returns unless there is a quality issue. Terrible customer service. Will not buy from a company with this type of return policy.

Their clothing is sub par. I tried to return an item and they offered $6 credit and for me to keep the item. It took them several days to respond each time I contacted them.

Made in USA is not true with company. Quality of clothes is awful. Company doesn't except returns. They will offer you a small refund and allow to keep merchandise. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Just a word of advice, steer clear of this company!!

This company is a fraud and scam. It took a month and a half to receive my order, the quality was awful and not what was shown on the website and there is a button that is falling off when I received it. They claim that they have 24/7 customer service but that is not the case. I tried to cancel my order and it did not happen and then they said that they would credit me $5 once I received my order. This is a total scam and a horrible company. I am sure they don't care and will do nothing to correct this.

This is another chinese company. Its not made nor delivered in the USA. its a complete scam. Crapy cloths. I bought thinking it was a US company because they misrepresented they were a US company. Forget about returning anything they offer 10% back if you keep it. This should be illigal. Very 😠 😡 angry
