It took a month to receive and the product does not fit right. Tried to return but the return goes to Dubai. Even though it supposedly is shipped from the US.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The items I ordered took far to long to arrive but they billed my credit card immediately. They came over 30 days after I ordered and the shipper sounded like a location out of China even though they say they are located in the US. There was no paperwork or receipt with my order and I can't find an address to return the items that don't fit correctly. Out of the 5 items I purchased, only one fit correctly. I purchased a dress that looked horrible and three of the four tops I purchased are too tight at the waist. I have contacted customer service several times to return the dress and all they have done is ask for pictures then they offered me a $5.00 credit for a $42.00 dress and told me to keep the dress. I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company since they refuse to provide me the information I need to do the return. After reading the negative reviews, I believe the cost to return the items is more then the price I paid. Buyer beware! This company is a scam and I'm a victim. I'm sure this review will never get on their website but if I can help one person not get scammed, it's worth writing.

Ordered almost 2 moths ago and still haven't received. When I called them they said they'll take the sweater they are waiting for off my order and ship the rest. They never took my sweater off and never shipped the rest. I've emailed again trying to cancel my overall order and no response.

The product quality was terrible and sizing was not as expected. When I asked for a refund within the 30 days as advertised they first asked me to send photos of the items, then offered me a $20 refund on a $200 order. When I refused the offer they stopped responding back to me at all. This company is a ripoff and scam! Buyer beware!!!!

It took a month and a half to get my order when they advertised shipping comes from Greenwood Indiana. I live 45mins away. Communication through emails is horrible. They either don't respond or it takes several days to get a response and then the replies are very generic.

I did not read the fine print where it states that they will not accept returns unless there is a defect in the fabric. My mistake, as I should have read up on the return policy. I have three items that do not fit or like the fabric. I have reached out to them a few times but never received a response. Very disappointing.

UPDATE** Still have not received a refund and I received this notice today. I will copy and paste the exact email regarding my refund.... How about this? We'll refund you $30 from the order as compensation. Could you kindly keep the order this time? The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself. My order was over $100!! I hope NOONE ORDERS FROM THEM.

I just placed an order with Dacelyn and saw all the negative reviews. I looked at my bill and the charge was under "Raxdiva". I looked it up and it has the same website as Dacelyn. This is very suspicious. Two different company names and same website?? I fear I will never receive my order since they have not responded to my order status. Also concerned their stuff is from China. The only reason I ordered is because they said their product was made and sold in the USA. :(
