Too Many Accounts For Comenity Capital Bank To Have Site Down Every Weekend Should Not Be My Problem!
I have 3 different accounts with this company New York & Company, Victoria Secret, & IKEA. I am now having issues with the 3rd account with IKEA where website is down constantly typically on the weekends like the highway construction in large cities. This is such an inconvenience every time since I do not work weekends. If I receive a letter about my account on the weekend I expect to be able to follow up and see what is going on with my account online. I had to call and complain about this over the phone with customer service. I did not want to receive a late or return fee since the card I placed on file was not sufficient enough to stay on auto pay. I hate that this company does not provide a simple auto pay set up. Purposely to get you to forget about your account and pay added fees. I do not like that about this card company. Site down should not affect paying customers, this is business. I will make sure to close these accounts and stop shopping at these companies because of this issue. I am sure others will follow when they realize this constant problem too.
