I'm a returning customer and my experience has always been great. Received my glasses today and I'm very happy. Frame is as describe. Every frame I have bought are sturdy and they can withstand a beating. Lenses are clear, clean easy and do not scratch. The glasses I'm wearing now are still good condition despite being 2 years old. Affordable, I'm a senior on a budget and despite having insurance I choose Cyxus because of the C.S. and quality of work.

I’ve bought from this company before and they were amazing! My glasses had came quick and they were super cute! Now I had bought some reading glasses and it now has been about 2 months since i ordered them and they have still not arrived. I was told 16-24 days after the order was placed for them to arrive. As those days were coming up, they still haven’t sent them. I contacted support i believe 5 or more times and they finally answered back after repeatedly contacting them. I emailed, they wouldn’t respond, I had called, their number isn’t real, and i’ve tried the chat bot, but that was useless too. I got impatient and bought some blue light glasses off of amazon and they were there by the next day. To say i’m unimpressed is kinda an understatement. They finally got them sent out about 15 days ago and i’m still waiting for them to arrive. Don’t order from the website or else you’ll be waiting for ever or not receive them.

Received zero info about my order for 5 weeks despite sending email and phone requests for a status update. Finally received an email response asking me for some identifying info to presumably be able to find my order in their system. Was then ignored again until I requested a refund from my payment provider.

It has been over a month since I ordered and my item has not even been shipped. My email was ignored. I called their customer service phone line today and it goes straight to a voic email system that is not eve set up to recieve messages. This company is clearly a SCAM.

I never received the proper lens covers as advertised and bought. I reported it once they arrived and no one responded or helped with the situation.

Update: Cyxus got in touch with me shortly after I wrote my review below. They have seen my complains in their Facebook page. They apologised for the delay and offered a refund if I didn't want to wait any longer for my glasses. I decided to wait, but after the estimated time of arrival (two months) of my order, I received another email explaining that the glasses I ordered were no longer available and they sent me a refund. Overall, the communication with the customer was good AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW IN TRUSTPILOT. Original post: Cyxus takes the money but doesn't send the product. I have bought eyewear from them many times without issue. I ordered a pair of glasses a month ago, they took the money but haven't sent any information about when the order will be ready. They are not replying to messages in the website chat, by email or by whatsapp. DO NOT BUY FROM CYXUS!!!

Recently bought 2 sunglasses l just received one l contact them with no response and the one l received it it absolutely rubbish . Not recommended
