They scammed me for 29 dollars.. they had this 1 dollar plugin that i bought. And after the purchase there was this 10 day free trial that came with it.. after the 10 days i got a paypal notification that i just bought the Cymatics ULTIMATE???! This company just scammed me.

I bought a $1 product, and they quietly signed me up for a 10-day free trial of their most expensive subscription. Without warning, I was charged $30. They only accept refunds in store credit that expires after two months. They will spam you, often with the same tagline "we don't do this often," even though their sample packs are all recycled, decade-old samples. If anyone has had this issue after buying the $1 dynamic EQ (VELVET Lite), I would suggest uninstalling it (along with the Cymatics plugin hub) and getting Robbert van der Helm's free spectral compressor, which does the same thing (with more control) and is open source on GitHub. The general trend is that they put all their effort into making the plugin UI look good rather than doing anything new. Their army of paid reviewers will rave about their "BRAND NEW" plugin that does what free plugins have been able to do for years (and what you can likely achieve with stock plugins with some ingenuity). If you're considering buying a Cymatics plugin, I seriously suggest researching free alternatives. In all likelihood, they will not just be cheaper, but higher quality too.

fraude, ils cherche des email en effet

I was scammed by them, they signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge after purchasing a plugin. I have never used any of their samples and have never even downloaded any. Beware, they are shady.

I was wondering how selling a plugin for 1$ makes any sense at all. Maybe they just want to get a foot in the door? Nah, you get a "10 day free trial" for the subscription service with the plugin – even if you don't want it – which conveniently "renews" after the 10 days for 30$. Hell no. This company is 95% marketing bullshit, 5% actual value. All their "special offers" are fake, too. Don't fall for it. Use Splice or buy from actual artists.

I just went for the Cymatics discovery tour in London. I put my name up to perform at around 6:30pm (event started at 6). My name was 118th on the list. The whole night I was just checking when my turn would come, they kept sending me from one stage to another, the whole event was so unorganised that even the staff didn’t know what number was performing. At around 10:45, which is 4 hours after I signed up, I waited 4 hours, and when I ask the staff they tell me I won’t be able to perform. I have been to many open mics and networking events and this was easily the worst experience. DON’T ATTEND Cymatics EVENTS!

I love all of the plug-ins I have gotten but just about a week or two ago I bought a few more plug-ins with store credit, the problem is that I still have the store credit + 50 extra and they have taken 150$ from my real bank account and they are not answering any emails, be careful I don’t think the sound swag is worth literally being robbed
