The order arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent and very careful. The bike's materials look to be of excellent quality. It was a nice touch that the bike came with some accessories already included. The customer service was excellent. They communicated fluently, clarifying every question, and also sent me an explanatory video on how to assemble the bike. My experience with Cycrown was great. We are already looking forward to a new opportunity to buy a second bike. I recommend this model as well as this company.

Amazing bike and customer service

One of the accessories didn't arrive with the ebike. Messaged the company and the accessory is being shipped out.

I bought 2 CycVerve fat bikes. Very well made! But more important, i had a small issue with one on the fat bike. But the customer service has been very helpfull. All is resolved now. I recommend cycrown!

My Cycrown Cychunter has performed very well for the first 150 mile-ish so far! But I really wanted to leave a review about their customer service & quality of care for their customers. I received my ebike within 3 days! Then they made sure my combination lock came ASAP too, so I could secure it. Now, at about 120 miles, I noticed a defect in my my left crank arm which became a failure point after continued use/pressure when pedaling. They immediately replied & covered the costs of the replacement part and the quick shipping! Since I explained how important it was for my daily commute - I even offered to pay just to get it fast cause every day without is $$ spent on travel lol Well, suffice it to say, Cycrown has great products & excellent customer support should you encounter an issue.
