I had problems with my Cycrown Cycverve not responding to throttle or PAS. Contacted Cycrown with problems. After sending video to them, they determined it was a faulty controller. They are sending me another controller no charge. Love this Ebike and love the personal and professional help I got from Cycrown to fix problems. They answered all my emails promptly and help me send video so they could determine the problems I was having. Their technical assistance was indispensable. Thanks Cycrown. Look forward to getting back on the road. Thanks again, Mr. Jake Finley.

If you are looking for a reliable, All-Terrain E-bike, then Roma is THE ONE!! The 4 inch fat tires and four link full suspension, make for an extremely comfortable and smooth ride. It has a powerful 1500 W peak motor and long range Samsung battery. This bike can literally handle most any terrain you throw at it!! I definitely recommend Cycrown!!!

I really like being able to go out to the trails and use my cycrown is very reliable and also the support service is incredible I recommend them 100%

CycHunter is an awesome bike, very pleasurable to ride. And the company is amazing. I punctured a tire on my second ride, and they sent me a new inner tube for free!

Cycrown is excellent from top to bottom. They make great bikes, at a reasonable price, that are reliable, well designed, and fun to ride. Their aftermarket care is just as good. I have dealt with their customer service on a couple occasions now and each time has been smooth, attentive, responsive, and flawless. The are doing everything right as far as my experiences with them go.
