Absolutely loving this bike! Emailed company how to unlock bike to full speed ona Saturday later in night and they responded within like a hour and was in there after hours! I mean wat a fantastic company!! Absolutely loven the bike! Wow the torque it has! And absolutely phenomenal customer service!!!! Audrey especially tonshout out from customer service. The website was very user-friendly and explained all the details about the bike in a very well to understand manner. Whenever my bike arrived I opened the box and everything was packaged extremely well and tight making sure the bike wouldn't be moving in the box. The assemblation was the easiest I have ever dealt with, all instructions are clear and easy to follow. The added toolkit comes with absolutely everything you need to make sure your bike is secure when bolting are tightening. Customer service is also top tier. They are always there if you have problems and will assist you in the best way they can. I've been helped with the speed adjustment, they helped me within 1-5 hours of sending my email. The quality of the bike feels very expensive and it looks really awesome probably the best one on the market. Added suspension and hydraulic brakes that's something you can't beat. Feels very safe and secure. Great quality great service keep it up!

Well-made E-Bike with great customer support. We had an issue with the kickstand after purchase, and they got a replacement to us in record time. Can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship put into their products. High recommend.
