Very good personal service! They seemed to really care that we were using the filter properly so that it would provide the absolute best results. When we didn't get good results with the first filter we tried, they send a second one at no charge for us to use. Turns out, probably because we didn't push firmly enough on it, it was not fully seated in the slot, so some water bypassed the filter and ended up in the container as unfiltered water (mixed with filtered water). The second one, properly and firmly seated, provided perfect results! We couldn't be happier!
