Everything was easy except for reading the results

I felt timing was handled very well. I was a little confused with the verbage in the details section about the levels of toxicity.

I had to search your literature to find out what the things were that you found in my water. I would have appreciated it if you could have directed me to information about the things you found in my water.

The service was excellent and the test results are quite useful. It would be good to know more about sources of information regarding PFAS in drinking water.

The report was just what I was looking for. Thank you. The only small irritation was that I did not get the report when I expected (but I did get the request for feedback!). I had to contact the company and request the report.

Reasonable price but does require that clients call in if they want results within 2 weeks.

My water was tested and results received. However i think the results could have been accompanied by better explanations. I did speak to one of your representatives via email and she was very helpful and made things easier for me to understand . Then I was disappointed that your results are not accepted by Maine state departments . Nor would they agree to test my well based on the results.

I am unable to rate you as I have not received any results yet. I found the report in an odd place but it was fine and easy to understand. Thank you.
