It went fine
It went fine, takes a bit to get results - interestingly our results came back no detections and our neighbors came back high - so state is coming back to test our house for free. We must have the best house filter :).

Hi Carolyn, thanks for your review. Your kit was returned back to our lab on 4/14 and your results were published on 4/25. Turn around time for analysis and publishing of reports is 10-14 BUSINESS days. Clearly stated on our website. Your report was published within 9 days. We're glad your filtration system is working!

I'm a fan of the service
I have to trust that it removes PFAS from my water. So apart from that unknown, I like the program. It is convenient to be subscribed, & all shipments have arrived. My only complaint is that the interval seems just a bit long--my replace filter light goes off before I receive the next filter. I "recondition" it & put it back in, but find I worry a bit about it. And I'm a 1-person household.

Hi Catherine, Thank you for your review! Our filters are NSF certified to remove PFAS to non-detect for 65+ gallons and have been rigorously tested. The "replace filter" light on your pitcher is counting the number of times you "tip" the pitcher. Based on generalized CDC analysis, an individual drinks 65 gallons of water in about 2.5 to 3 months. That's probably the best way to know when to change your filter. But your Purefast is working! Thanks for your support of Cyclopure!

The test came in a timely manner and it was easy to collect water and filter it. Test results back in 10 days. I wish the results were easier to understand though. The above limits should be stared or something. And yes, my water was above the limits for PFASs. Now I will need to find a water filter to take that out. Thanks.

Quick Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for our testing was great. I didn't have to worry about shipping or dropping it off at a site, I just mailed it.
