This company is a scam. They did not respond to emails, calls, or requests the return the very damaged item I received in the mail (5 weeks after ordering).

I ordered 4 of the mbr-1100 @ $75.00 plus tax and rapid shipping for a total charge of $349.68. I attempted to reach your company several times to no avail. No one has ever contacted me. Finally in December I received a single mbr-1100. As of this writing I have not received any addition items.

Placed the order #2753 early November and it never got shipped. I'm kindly asking one last time to cancel my order and receive a refund.

They never sent me product. They said they shipped product but tracking number has a different end destination. It is probably a fake tracking number. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I told them to cancel my order and refund me but they do not respond. Horrible service.

My experience of Cyburthur gets worse and worse. Do not use this store. I ordered some chairs that were not delivered. After multiple emails without reply and a review on trustpilot I finally received a message that I was going to get a refund. I have not received it. And again I am not receiving any replies to my messages asking for information on when the refund was initiated so that I can follow up with my bank. If you buy from Cyburthur you will receive neither your goods nor your money back. Terrible.
