I started my site off using Responsive Theme in March, 2013 and have been using it successfully ever since. Using both the free version and the paid Pro version, the theme has given me the flexability I need for my journalistic and archive work. There have been a few glitches along the way due to theme and WordPress updates, but the theme developers have always been there to help me fix things up.

I've used their Responsive theme and plug ins for a few years and as a beginner, I've needed help from time to time and CyberChimps has always been helpful and they always reply to my questions, usually with in 24 hours. Recently, they went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot a problem that I inadvertently created..... Thanks again CyberChimps.

Had an issue with breadcrumbs not showing in Responsive theme. Got a quick response from Support with the solution. Website all fixed within 24 hours. Great.
