1st question why I got the products from CyberChimps? I like what I saw in the insurance template. I am not an IT programmer, I just need a nice decent website to start a new business online. Of course, I banged my head here and there learning how to set up the website. Learning curve. Luckily for me, CyberChimps have a strong Support team ..patience and strong understanding on the products. The team helped me on what I want the template to be tweaked. Appreciate it

The problem arose with a theme that I bought very cheaply. Elementor could not work in classic mode but had to go to safe mode. Since I informed support about the problem, the very next day I received an update for that topic and the problem with elementor was solved.
