Charles, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Charles we choose FedEx as we feel they are the best courier for our clients. They are one of the largest companies in the world. They seem to be struggling with deliveries due to drivers calling in sick with the virus. We are all trying our very hardest to serve our customers and offer the best experience possible. We are very sorry FedEx let you down. I am not sure if you have heard but companies are putting up fake websites to sell alcohol and are stealing peoples money which is absolutely terrible.
