My order was delayed significantly, not their fault but a UPS problem. Had to stay home three days because of the UPS issue and needing the adult signature. In frustration I called them and left a message about the issue so they could reimbursement of delivery charge. I received a nonsympathetic, autogenerated email instead of speaking to a live person. After reading other reviews it substantiates that they have louse customer service and just don’t care once they get your money. I’m going elsewhere for sure, there are plenty of other online stores with great customer service!

This was the first and last time I ordered from CWS. When I asked for a shipping update, they said it was in transit with UPS, yet could not provide a tracking number. UPS assured me that there is no way a package can be in transit with them unless a label is created and scanned. CWS still insisted that it was in the hands of UPS and that UPS creates the shipping labels. When I finally received the tracking info it clearly showed that CWS created the label and it only arrived at UPS much later than I was told. My order was received almost a week after it was promised. They continued to provide me with wrong information and the customer service reps are the worst I've ever dealt with. Any excuse that they can give me means nothing since I don't trust this company. I will NEVER order from them again.

I like their pricing, but their customer communication is marginal. There is no way on their web site to reach them. I had to ask Google. Even then, after two attempts, no reply😡.

Sent the wrong thing in the mail. Offered to refund the price difference, instead of sending me the right thing. Now they want me to ship back my bottle, and just refund me, not even do an exchange. I don't want a refund I just want my dad's original item to be sent to him.

It took over 2 weeks to get my order. I was told one lie after another . Excuses all the time. I strongly suggest finding another company for your shopping.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Emailed them to say I haven't received my order. They did NOT help. They directed me to the savedby claims to report a claim. They are not taking ANY responsibility for this shipment. NOT good customer service. Will never order again from them...

Still waiting for order and/or a response to my inquiry for tracking. Will be filing fraud on cc Monday morning and reporting to BBB! Lesson learned!

Fast shipping and no issues other than the fact that they are constantly out of stock on almost everything. Weeks at a time items are out of stock. I pay for the monthly vault membership to get free shipping but it’s a waste of money when I can never find anything to order. They need to figure out their stocking issues or I’ll be finding a new website to use.
