I returned a pair of pants, and I can’t get my money back! They have had them in their possession for almost a month! Buyer beware! I will never trust them again! Order 1491620, received by Cuts on 2/14/24.

Poor quality, the sizes are not standard, and there are no returns on many items. I prefer to continue shopping through Amazon from other brands that do have warranty standards.

Similar to everyone else they won't let me return or exchange my order. Their shirts have a tighter fit than expected so I simply want to exchange my order for the next size up. Contacted them within 48 hours after receiving my order and was told it was ineligible for return because it was on sale. I'm sending it back anyway and will file a chargeback with my credit card provider. Sad that this is the way they do business because I'll never buy from them again now. (Order #1498700)

THIEVES!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lost my shipment and when I requested a refund, they made up all sorts of lies to justify them returning the money back to my card, but my bank has NO RECORD OF THIS. Back and forth for months giving falsified numbers and documents to show that they refunded my card, but after numerous conversations with my bank, there was absolutely no record of this. I will never make the mistake of shopping here again. They stole my money.

I bought a pair of the AO joggers, didn't like the color so wanted to exchange them. I ended up ordering the other pair with the plan to return the other pair. When I went to submit my return (5 days after delivery) it said product was ineligible for return. I reached out to their customer service rep and they said seasonal colors are ineligible for return and now im stuck with this pair of joggers. I'd get it if they were discount and it was final sale, but they were full price, just in a seasonal color. Never buying another piece of clothing from this company.

They mailed a package with UPS - UPS claims to have delivered it to my locker. There's no history in my locker system on the date UPS claims to have delivered. Notified Cuts about this and they were unwilling to provide a refund. Instead, they asked me to fill out a form (for no reason) and then said sorry, we can't give you a refund because UPS says they delivered the package - despite providing proof in writing that the package was not delivered. Just awful customer service, won't be ordering from them again. Don't expect any reasonable help from their customer service. Update: UPS called and made me fill out a police report. Ridiculous that I had to take time out of my day to fill out an online police report to move forward with this claim for a missing package. IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A PACKAGE FROM CUTS (AND DESPITE PROVIDING PROOF) - THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. INSTEAD THEY'LL OFFER TO SHIP A NEW PACKAGE TO ALTERNATE ADDRESS (??) OR A STORE CREDIT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Update #2: after seeing this review and submitting the online police report, Cuts issued me a refund despite them saying in writing “issuing a refund directly is not possible”.

I have been unable to return an international order as it was entered as a US order on their system. I've contacted the company four times to ask for a return slip to be generated. All they respond with is to use the portal which is not possible as they have made a mistake. There’s no telephone number to be able to speak to anyone about my issue and now their just ignoring me. The quality of the hyperloop hoodie is also not what it used to be a few years ago. Poor quality material and cut. Very disappointed. Order no. 1425148. 06/01/24 - Since I posted this the company have been in contact and generated a return slip for me to be able to return my order.

Poor customer service leads to poor reviews. I used a store credit that their system applied as a discount to items -- it shouldn't have. It should have applied a credit to the overall balance. This caused issues when I went to return some items. I should have returned the entire order and reordered the 2 items I needed. Agent finally agreed to give me store credit back, even though it should have been a refund. Buyer beware!
