Great customer service!

Was worried because, coming off of an Instagram ad, the quality can be so so so mixed, but have to hand it to them, these are really nice t-shirts. I got the AO Curve hem Ts. Fit is good, material is breathable and colours are nice. I got them in their current sale (end of season?) and think I paid something like $23 a shirt, which is just awesome, frankly. Delivery was totally normal. Packaging decent. Will probably make these my go-to for t-shirts now, and will likely try some of their other stuff too.

Great experience with Cuts. The clothing is really nice, with great quality, style, and fit. I also had an issue with my order, and the customer service was excellent. Ivan was very helpful, professional, and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. Definitely one of the best clothing brands I’ve tried. Keep it up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received a pair of Cuts Essential pants that had loose strings, a few rips, and a stain. I was so disappointed with them and immediately contacted customer service online. Within 2 minutes of my submission, I got a very thoughtful response. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then, within another 5 minutes, received another response apologizing and confirming that a new pair would be sent to me free of charge. Only 3 business days later, I received the shipping intonation and a confirmation that there’s no need to return the previous item. Seriously this was the best customer service (specifically from Ian at Cuts!) I have ever had!

I love their products and rarely have an issue, the one time I did I was in the middle of 12 straight weeks of travel for work and missed a return window. The team made it right and allowed me to return the item for a gift card. High quality bottoms that look great for years, highly recommend.
