I have been a fan of Cuts since I started wearing the shirts. Since then I have expanded my closet from shirts, to pants to bombers. Recently, I reached out for assistance and was helped by Cuts Customer Service team (Heidi, to be specific) and they were absolutely wonderful to say the least. I would gather it’s safe to say my request was not one that they get often, and even so, they did everything and anything they could to help me and make my experience a positive one, as it always Is. Thank you again, Heidi. And thank you Cuts. Can’t wait to keep repping the brand.

Without going into the nitty gritty details, the Cuts customer service team (specifically Sandra) helped me in a situation where Cuts had NO OBLIGATION to help. Sandra went above and beyond to assure I had a great customer experience. It’s awesome to see that a premium brand such as Cuts clothing offers the same premium customer service.

I ordered the wrong size of a shirt by accident and tried to do an online exchange but didn’t realize it was past the exchange date. I emailed the CUTS customer service team and Sandra from CUTS got back to me right away. With Sandra’s help I was able to exchange the size no problem! I definitely will be going back to get lots of more clothes from CUTS in the future!

I'm shocked to see some of the low reviews on here. I've had nothing but amazing experiences with this company. I have ordered from them at least 15 times and have never had an issue with shipping. The shirts are amazing quality and are my go-to for workouts and casual settings. I also have their polos and wear those for work. Their signtature shirts are tight-fitting, but I found that if I go up a size, they fit perfect and look great. They now carry looser-fitting shirts which also fit well, but I actually like the larger size with the trim cut. I HIGHLY recommend the apparel from this company. If you know you're going to be buying a lot from them, check out their VIP program. It paid itself off quickly for me.

I bought their shirts multiple times and wear them to the office on a daily basis just because it's very hard for me to choose something else (the fabric and the fit is very unique). I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews, but that was only after i wanted to leave a 1 star review as well due to a problem i had with one of the agents from customer service. They saw my review and the support team got back to me make things right and they did (and in a very pleasant way). Bottom line is this - are the clothes worth the money? Absolutely 100%. Do they need better customer service representatives that don't make final decisions? Absolutely 100%. I don't see how shipping, duties and taxes can affect the company's reputation so much so i think people are a bit harsh here with the reviews. To me it's always been the quality and customer service and I was super glad they came through and made things right. I will definitely buy again.

These are my go to T shirts. Got mine pretty quick I would say 7-10 days and they are super high quality. Ordered 2x now and the last time I got a great deal during the LDW sale!
