My item never showed up after a week plus. I got an immediate response from customer service. They figured out what happened (got lost in the mail), & quickly sent out a new shipment of my items for me and discounted my shipping. Made a stressful situation much better!

Had a few shipping delays, not due to the company, more to do with the carriers and the CS team helped me out and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything and gave me updates on my order. They went above and beyond!

I ordered 6 split hem t-shirts from cuts. They arrived in the expected time and were all packaged in a premium manner. I loved the fit and feel of all the shirts and was very impressed with the experience. I had a slight issue with 2 of the shirts and contacted customer serviced. I was blown away by the experience that Irene gave me. She listened to my issues and was immediately understanding. She asked for a few verification details and then proceeded to replace the shirts at no cost. Over all I am in love with the t-shirts and extremely impressed by the customer service. This is a great company with very high quality products. I will be a repeat customer and would recommend it if anyone!

This brand got my attention right from the start. Cuts has done a fantastic job with their products and their customer service is even better. I ordered a pair of the AO Joggers and I was so excited to get them. When i did they were a little short but i loved everything else about them so i knew i had to make an exchange. I reached out to the Cuts customer support team with an email and they got back to me within the hour. I am now waiting on my new pair of joggers and couldn’t be more excited!
