Had a shipping issue on an order & it was resolve right away!
Recently had a shipping issue on an order placed 11/11/22 & emailed Customer service to inquire on the 29th. Janz emailed me back right away & notified me the package was lost, but was quick to expedite a replacement order which I received a few days later 12/6/22. I've ordered a lot over the last couple years & have only sent back a couple items due to not fitting me right. I also had tried out Cuts AO joggers in small, but didn't care for how tight they were in the calf area, but ended up trying a medium later on & they are much better. I have a bunch of pyca pro tees as well as some pima cotton tees which are awesome in summer heat (lightweight & super comfortable) they have very minimal pilling & the most unique colors. Cuts' is also the first Sherpa I've tried & it is really warm for how relatively thin it is. I recently ordered the new Black Friday collection anorak jacket & I really like the style & fit (I'm 5.7, 140-45 lbs & ordered small) the hood on the anorak fits more snug than other hooded items which I prefer as well. Still wearing the "moscato" color elongated pyca (first cuts purchase) I got early 2020 & still looks practically brand new. Janz as well as others I've emailed have always been prompt, professional, & resolve any issues quickly. Thanks for the hard work Janz & the Cuts team! Nate E.

Hey Nate, Thank you for being such a loyal customer. Also, we appreciate the detailed review and hope it will help others in. the future when it comes to fit and sizing. Sorry for the initial order issue but glad Janz was able to make it right!
