CUTS Split Hem Hyperloop Sweatshirts are hands down the best sweatshirt out there. The Customer Service Team is wonderful and very quick and happy to help with whatever I needed. CUTS has secured me as a lifelong customer with the great product and great people backing it up!

I had a package that appeared to be lost in the mail. I got in contact with customer service and they were so helpful and got my situation resolved immediately. They sent out a replacement item and expedited the package in hopes to receive it before Christmas. They were so helpful and kind. I will definitely continue to shop at Cuts and recommend them to my friends and family.

Hey Molly, Thanks for taking the time to post the review. I'm sorry about the initial package issue. We do see an uptick in delays and lost packages during the holiday season. Glad our team addressed the issue and got things taken care of!

Cuts has always treated me well. Besides great products, the customer service has been excellent every time I needed help and response time has always been quick, even now during the holidays. I had an issue where one of my favorite pairs of joggers were starting to rip a little (none of my others have from them) and they were quick to send me a new pair at no charge. Great Company!

Hey Tim, Glad we resolved your issue and respond in a timely manner. During peak season it typically does take a little longer but we do our best to make sure we're adequately staffed for our customers. We appreciate your business, Happy Holidays!

I had a really great customer service experience with Cuts. I recently bought a few items over the last month - some for myself, some for friends and family - and immediately started wearing the clothing. I noticed a issue with the fit/material with one of the joggers I had recently wore and contacted customer service about a replacement. I simply described the issue, added the necessary information and they provided a remedy for my issue when I thought I would just be stuck with what I had. Greatly appreciated!

Hey Daniel, I'm a little biased here but this review title is one of my favorites. Our Customer Service team is working around the clock to do our best to turn around any negative situation we might encounter. Glad we got things taken care of and made it easy on you!

I’ve recently purchased two clothing items from Cuts, both were very high quality, great fit and very comfortable. Their sizing was spot on. I had a little trouble with holiday shipping issues, but I dealt with an amazing customer service agent, Irene, who was in almost daily email contact with me and took care of my issue. She was beyond WONDERFUL! I also purchased workout shorts last year for my nephew which he loves and they are his favorite pair of workout shorts!

The Xmas present for my son was lost in the mail and the representative was nice enough to get the second one shipped overnight so my son could still have it here for Xmas. Thank you

Hey Laurie, We are very sorry about the initial issue. Unfortunately, each year around this time we see an uptick in carrier issues and lost packages. Glad we got this taken care of! Happy Holidays!
