Heidi helped me with an exchange even though the sight stated final sale on particular items I wasn't aware of. They didn't have to honor my request due to my oversight but did anyways to keep the customer happy.

Great customer service I'm writing this to thank Cuts for a great shopping experience. The response was timely and showcased a customer centric mindset. Very appreciative of being a Cuts customer, the quality of goods and most importantly the unwavering support.

Immediately great customer service. When an order shipped to me not quite right, Nat on their customer support team handled it instantly within 3 emails on the same day.

I ordered one of the boxing day mystery boxes and received 2/3 shirts in the right size. At first I was disappointed but the CUT's team allowed me to select a different coloured shirt in the proper size and let me keep the original one that didn't fit as well. I don't think many companies would do this and they were quick to help me.

I ordered the cuts mystery box and I was delighted with what I received. I got 3 very nice quality tees to add to my wardrobe. I will definitely be ordering more products from this company in the future!

I purchased an item for my son for Christmas early(10/16/23) and found out it did not fit. I was told that I could not exchange the pants for a larger size because of the amount of time that had elapsed. To say the least, I was disappointed with their 30 to 45 day Return policy. I accepted my fate and moved on. I received a survey request, giving it a one star. Within one to two days I received a personal email requesting information on why I gave that rating. The customer service manager, Heidi, was very helpful and understanding. She provided the personalized attention I would hope to receive, and I did. I was very happy with the resolution of my problem and I will continue to be a Cuts customer in the future.

I have AO Joggers, shorts, AO long sleeves and thermals. I’ve only ever had one small problem with a fit and customer service fixed it right away. Everything else has fit as advertised. The quality and style has met all expectations. Prompt shipping on all orders. Highly recommend.
