I stay true to this brand and have basically been a year 1 costumer. I do see where CUTS excels versus misses the mark at times but I feel as though this brand stays true to its community. I am a VIP member and have more ease into getting access to personnel via their discord server or the email services. I wouldn’t push anyone to purchase a VIP membership however this seems like a more common item to acquire for those seeking clothing outside of the general store marketplace. This is all just my opinion, I have my own understanding of what type of clothing this brand provides and I would recommend to anyone, if they were interested in CUTS particular styling. Know your own expectations of the clothing, styling, materials and give it a go.

I forgot to add on the VIP membership on a 700 dollar purchase and missed out on 140 dollars in rewards as a result. I emailed support and they were able to get me the 140 dollars rewards after I purchased the VIP membership. Seriously made my week, thanks Janz!

It’s honestly some of the best clothing I own. Over the past year, I’ve bought more pieces without a single regret. Their customer service is also fantastic.
