I've ordered from Cuts several times, and always a big fan of their products. Recently, I had to return a few items and I hadn't received any sort of email confirmation they were processed. In the past I've always received updates, so I figured there was some fluke or it got lost. Alejandro immediately actioned my concern and processed the refund right away. Huge help and quick service. Very grateful.

Aside from great quality, their customer service team was very helpful when I had an issue with one of the shirts I ordered!

Irene in Customer Service was excellent. She responded to my emails promptly and stayed on top of my exchange to ensure it went out promptly and to the correct address (which was different than original ship address). She was professional and friendly.
