I live in Australia and the new country specific pricing is way over the top. My issue isn't with the actual product, I love the clothes and have brought many items over the last couple of years. The tops in particular are consistently excellent and the only tops and hoodies I buy now. But looking at the recent $AU rate implemented by CUTS recently is way in excess of the actual exchange rates. e.g. Black Friday sales have tops today at $35US, with the current exchange rate this is $52AU but CUTS new $AU price is $61. That is a $9AU difference for each T-Shirt, Makes buying CUTS in Oz no longer viable.

Unlike majority of consumer reviews here, i didn’t have a pleasant experience with their customer service. I was trying to place my third order from cuts but it seems there’s a technical glitch preventing the payment gateway page to load properly. I’ve had to send 3 emails with screenshots and links (in reply to their request) and the last reply i get is to keep trying and continue to use Chrome! This tells me that the agent isn’t professional, doesn’t appreciate my time and possibly careless about addressing the issue in the first place. The feeling i’ve got is that i’m more of a subordinate employee rather than a customer offering my business. On the bright side, their quality is good (hence 3 stars) but i’ve faced some trouble with their size guides. Pants come in smaller fits. Exchange rates are slightly above market price (~2.5-3%).

I have had to return/refund multiple items because the sizing of the clothing is too small. Also, a 2 items were shipped incorrectly. Customer support has been amazing though, they've helped me with all my questions and now I'm just waiting on my exchanged new items and refund to show up on my CC.

The pros: Good quality Good customer service The cons: Shipping Inventory I have had multiple issues with inventory running out of stock on the AO joggers after I already placed the order as well as being sent the wrong item/color in the first place which leads to the original item/color being out of stock which makes the whole thing a nightmare. I normally don’t even write these reviews either. After this issue happening multiple times over a span of months from June 2022 to even now. I have been sent different sizes, different colors, haven’t been sent the item at all and just everything in between. They need to seriously look at their warehouse and their shipping and fix the discrepancies they are experiencing. It’s a shame because the product itself is actually worth it which is why I’m giving them three stars along with the helpful customer service. However there is only so much customer service can do if the item is out of stock.
