I bought 3 AO joggers and 1 year later the all split at the seam. I don’t use them every day. Some spit at the side so , some at the crotch. They are kind of stretchy but definitely don’t last long. For a 100+ dollars trousers they are absolutely not worth it. It’s a shame because I really hate having to find another brand of trousers that I like and fits well, I am me kind of person that would fill his wardrobe with the same piece of clothing for each day of the week and stick with it

I returned clothing August 12th and took till September 9th to reach them as they gave me a shipping label to the old warehouse (they say). To this day September 24th I still have not seen a refund even after 2 different customer service reps let me know it would be there on the 23rd of September. After relaying this to the customer service text I have been ghosted. Own up to your mistakes and make it right. I have been a loyal buyer of your product but this may change things for me.

I bought 2 shirts and one shorts, it was quite expensive even with the sales happening, I bought size M for the shirts and S for the shorts, I already have another M shirt from them but this time it’s huge. The shorts also has a material that feels very cheap specially for the price. When I contacted them they said I could return it but would have to pay 20 dolars (!!!) for the shipping.

I have 2 polos and 12 of the shirts (long sleeve, short sleeve and Henleys). So, I REALLY liked the fit of these shirts. However, after a few wears, the shirt threads start to break in the fabric and leave a weird and unsightly deformity....kind of like razor slits but not all the way through the fabric. It does this on all of them. Cuts replaced the polos THREE times and they still suck. I only wash them to CUTS directions and hang to dry. I was a REAL big fan of these shirts but the quality is low and seeming to get lower.

I've now ordered twice from Cuts, and it is the second time I'm disappointed. The price quality of the products is really subpar and does not live up to expectations. I have ordered the Hyperloop Hoodie as I've been looking for a good hoodie though this is a cheap quality product as the materials feel cheap and the fit is not good either. Their international return policy is a joke which makes returning impossible so I'm stuck with my product... Think twice, I will not buy from them again.

Extremely delayed order —took over 3 weeks to arrive. First time buying the pants and they stretched out and no longer fit after <2 weeks of wear. I would avoid the pants at all costs. Lulu is WAY higher quality. Shirts fit well. Did not give good resolution, discount $20 on next order.

First off I just want to say I love the shirts, the fit and feel is amazing BUT with that being said I'm still very disappointed in the durability of them. I have 4 shirts the Breeze color came with oil stains on it and CUTS customer service was great in sending me a new one so kudos to them. However just a few days later I was wearing the sage shirt and got a few chocolate stains on it. I then washed it and the stains didn't come out....like at all...they just turned into what looked like oil stains. I then oxi cleaned it twice, used shout stain remover and washed it 3 times....and nothing could get the stains out. It now just looks like I have oil stains all over my shirt and I can't even wear it out. Idk what type of fabric this is but it seems to be bad when it comes to stain removal. I just bought these shirts a month ago and only wore this one twice. Extremely disappointed because I really loved the fit and im a fan so I'm going to have to buy more of the same shirts and just be extra careful when wearing. If you buy them just be careful to only wear them out occasionally. :/
