I recently put an order through for cuts clothing, as this was my first time purchasing from them. Unfortunately, I was sent a wrong item, but I can honestly say that the level of customer service I received to help resolve this issue was amazing. They got back to me within hours and the already had a replacement shipped out the very next day. Cuts has incredible products with a pretty wide range of sizes. As a 5'7" this can sometimes be a big problem... As you look at positive and negative reviews, understand that all companies make mistakes up from time to time. How they respond and make it right is more important.
