Like everyone else here with a bad experience, they took over $400 and a month later no contact. I follow up to ask about my order and they tell me that they are busy, no timescales or support or attempt to do anything about it.

Avoid this company like the plague. Fantastic marketing and paid PR but that’s it. You order will 1) take more than a month to arrive 2) forget any support if there is an issue Buy a shirt in London and don’t be fooled by the marketing

Shocking service which, as it stands, is now theft. I ordered aroud £200 worth of items, the shipping was abysmal and took over a month to arrive. Most items were good but the jumper had a really bad fit. I asked about international returns and followed their complex process and even sent a photo of my tracking slip and package. They signed for the delivery on 1st October and as it stands on the 22nd October have not responded to my last three emails asking for the refund now they have the jumper. They previosuly responded within a few hours. So right now they have my item AND my money. Crooks.

Shirts look nice at first, but after 5-10 times in the washing machine you realize the quality is terrible. Do NOT buy guys!

Buyer beware! The shirt is OK but nothing special. They are ABSOLUTELY NOT SET UP FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. They charged me $30 USD to post one t-shirt, which unfortunately didn’t fit me. When I enquired about a return, I was told that there is no exchange policy for international customers and I have to pay my own postage back to America, meaning my overall postage costs would be significantly more than the value of the shirt. Clearly, none of this is mentioned on their website and they are relying on their exorbitant P&P costs to limit returns and refunds. Disastrous set up for a distinctly average product, do yourself a favour and buy locally 👍
