I am a first time customer and ordered two pairs of shorts. One however came in a larger size, I believe it was tagged wrongly. I wrote in to ask how to go about it and Sergio from customer service did not helped much. He should however become a lawyer since he likes to argue and win in my dissatisfaction. I will not buy any of their product at all and will encourage friends and families to do the same too. We should CUT them off :)

If you want to know what their shirts feel like go to Lululemon and try one on there - not the same cut but feel exactly the same. They feel nice but def not worth the price tag. This company also has really shady business practices eg. I bought a shirt full price at $34 two years ago and now I see they are having a sale with some shifts at 50% off… making them $38. I understand many companies have had to raise their prices due to the pandemic but more than double? Their ‘sales’ are a scam. A shame as they could have done well without the dodgy business practices/useless customer service/greedy prices Edit to respond to the reply saying “Any shirt you purchased a few years back should not have increased that drastically.” - Not sure if that’s implying I’m lying? I still have the email with the exact prices I mentioned 🤷‍♀️

Poor quality and not as premium as the prize suggests. I won’t trust no name companies anymore.

SLOWEST SHIPPING IMAGINABLE. Ordered on Thursday, received shipping confirmation (to my surprise the next day). I imagine they do this so they can claim it's been shipped preventing you from cancelling the order. It's now Tuesday (the next week) and there's zero sign of it coming. To compare, I ordered custom-made shirts from a retailer based (and ships) out of London (UK) the very same hour I ordered from CUTS. They, again a London based company, shipped my order immediate and I received it today. It took them only 3 days to deliver my custom-made shirts and they had to fly it across a freaking ocean. I still have NO IDEA where my CUTS shirts are as the tracking number is still inactive. Nice products, absolutely abysmal shipping times. Never again, CUTS. Be better.

Avoid like the plague. Shipping was delayed by approx 3 weeks, charged a ridiculous £90 at customs in U.K. as they stated the wrong total value on package and the quality is garbage. I could create something better out of a bin liner. Greg.

Would give zero if possible. Terrible quality. Terrible service. Terrible pricing. Fake advertising Terrible notice of customs charges. Likely terrible owners.

Had a couple of different orders. Shipping took around 6 or 7 months both times. Bought their legacy bomber, so disappointed, looks nothing like what the models are wearing. One of my orders was missing a t shirt. The 3 medium t shirts I did get were all different sizes. One was too tight, another was an OK fit except the sleeves flare out and the other was blatantly a whole size up, very baggy, despite it saying medium on the tag. Shocking quality control.

I previously ordered an XL crew neck elongated t-shirt from Cuts and it was a little tight. I already wore the XL so I couldn’t return it, but I decided to buy the same shirt just in the next size up. When the XXL arrived, it fit the exact same as the XL. I tried them both on and there was literally no difference besides the size label on the tag. If you have any belly whatsoever, this brand is not it.
