Easy to work with, even at the last minute. Additional charge for rush order. However, artwork was able to be approved in a matter of minutes. Additional guidance was provided to get best value for price. Shipment arrived in only a few days. Worth the wait and little hassle. Would use them again, but I'll plan better next time to avoid additional fees.

We ordered our 500 woven labels which were said to be here in 2 weeks and ended up taking 3+ weeks. Now, the time they took is not what bothered me but moreso the response time via email from their team. I would send an email Monday of the week and not hear back on a status update until a second email was sent that Friday. Which then I was told they would ship next week. After, not being updated with a tracking # the following week, I emailed once more requesting for it. I never heard back until the labels arrived on their own the week after that. With that said, I love the labels and they look great, but their customer service was just way less responsive than other companies we have dealt with in the past.

would have like an expected delivery date or tracking informaation

Made a good acceptable label for us. Not 100% to our liking. It was not smooth lines. Very good turnaround and great customer service.

Super durable, easy to order! My small tag wasn't as detailed as other tags I've had made, but they are more durable and that matters most to me so I will be a return customer.

The color red was a little brighter than expected. Other than that the tags are great! It seems like communication could use some work as well.
Dylan
Great product but the product took a few weeks to ship. Longer than the 12 days max that they put.

Custom Woven Labels did an excellent job getting my labels done under a small amount of time. However, I did mention that is very important that my labels were made on a natural material because I hand dye my garments. I ordered the satin labels with the logo printed on. I would say although the satin labels are soft and do not create friction, they are definitely infused with some synthetic material because they do not dye.
