CustomsignsmakersReviews of customsignsmakers.com

Recently purchased a large custom entry way sign for my company's office and it came out looking fantastic! Absolutely no complaints at all, Jason Reed was so much help to my boss and I and I can't thank him enough. The entire process was seamless and Jason made sure to keep us updated on the status of the sign through the entire process. Shipping was fairly quick, & it is great quality. Highly recommend!

They did a great job. The craftsmanship is fantastic.

Great customer service and sign.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jason and his team from start to finish. They were incredibly patient throughout the design process, taking the time to revise multiple mockups and answer all of our questions until we arrived at exactly the look we envisioned. Their communication was excellent, and they were always responsive, professional, and willing to offer suggestions that helped us create a sign that fits our brand perfectly. Our sign recently arrived, and we were immediately impressed with the quality of the packaging. Everything was carefully protected and arrived in excellent condition. From the pieces we were able to inspect, the craftsmanship looks outstanding, and we're excited to install it once our new office building is completed. We also appreciate that they continue to provide support even after delivery and have already begun helping us design our future monument sign. That level of customer service speaks volumes. If you're looking for a company that truly cares about the finished product and is willing to work with you to achieve your vision, I would highly recommend them.

Jason was our lead on this project. We had a couple special requests and he made the whole process very smooth. Communicated promptly and turn around time was only a couple of weeks. Exceeded expectations, will be my first call next time we need a sign made for our business.

Only because you can't give them a 0. Sounded great, but the promises were complete lies. I am still waiting and it's been 2 months since this process has started. Communications are 24 hours later. You just get frustrated. Was supposed to be here by the Memorial Day weekend. Then the following week, then the 1st week of June, here we are on June 10th and absolutely NO, and I mean NO sign. I am sure it's coming from China, should have used TRUSTPILOT a long time ago. Wouldn't be in this situation. I finally ordered signage to get opened from elsewhere. Buyer beware. Jason Reed? Where did he come up with that name? Has absolutely NO CREDIBILITY with me. I have asked for a refund and then all of a sudden produce a sign for me to look at and approve. While it looks nice, how do I know it's not AI? I mean seriously, I am out $1000 and what a waste of money. NOW I WANT THE REFUND IMMEDIATELY and taking it to the internet, gave them the opportunity, "Jason" is just a liar.

I needed 2 neon signs that eventually became 5 signs (we are high maintenance). Jason was the rep who helped us with our mockups, measurements, and a lot of annoying changes we asked for! He was patient, friendly, efficient, professional, and all around an absolute joy. If I could give 20 stars for Jason, I would. I don't know if he ever sleeps because he texted or emailed me back within minutes each time. We haven't gotten the signs just yet. But I know they will be perfect. The prices were so much better than companies we have used in the past. Thanks for all the excellent guidance and positive interactions!

The sign is well crafted, great quality, and absolutely beautiful! The shipping and production time was fast and the wall sign was easy to install. Jason made the process smooth from beginning to end!
