Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

Great communication from start to finish. Liz was very helpful. Very pleased with the product quality and have ordered again. I would highly recommend.

Celia did a wonderful job ensuring everything was just as we needed it for our patches! Not only was she very responsive, but she also wanted to ensure we were getting the best service possible. Looking forward to the final product, thank you! Tarra

The patches were delivered very quickly and were just as expected.

Liz is the best. 2nd order with her and flawless.

Great experience, customer support is on it! Maybe a little over the top, but that’s ok. Can’t wait to see my patches on the hats.

I have been so pleased working with this company for custom patches! My sales coordinator Polaris ensured we were extremely happy with our artwork and the product itself and got us quote for so many different types just to make sure I received what I wanted! I will absolutely use them again and will be emailing Polaris to help us get it made!

Cathy made this a wonderful purchase experience.
