Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

We had the most wonderful experience with Kalyn from this site. We sent over 60 emails, back and forth, refining our idea. We ordered enamel pins, stickers, and keychains from them. Everything was on time and just as described. They sent video renders, proof once the first pieces were printed, and even got us discounts on the stickers orders. Kalyn was very patient with me and did an outstanding job creating our wonderful items! We will definitely come back to them for our future projects

Nancy was great to work with!

From my first inquiry up until production, Lilian was very patient in explaining and answering all my questions regarding my first order and ensuring my design translated well to the find product. Product turned out great!

Lillian was beyond helpful and expedient in her replies! She promptly sent the quoted through for me and catered to everything I needed. 5 stars for Lillian!

Nancy my agent was amazing. Im very satisfied with the service.

This is my 2nd order with the company. The ordering process is straightforward and accurate. Twice now my products have been delivered on time and in good condition, first to the USA, the 2nd time to Spain. This tells me that their shipping processes are well organized and executed. Lastly, and most importantly in this digital age, my account manager Cathy is great at keeping in touch with me - in one case to correct my own error, and the 2nd time to make sure I was able to properly use a very generous coupon (which I did) for a new product.

Morry was amazing! I ordered 100 enamel pins. Morry was professional and was easy to daal with. I am happy with my product quality and will be ordering more soon! Thanks again and I highly recommend!
