Avoid at all costs. This company was highly responsive and helpful right up until payment was made. Once they had my money, the experience went rapidly downhill. The quality of the work was shockingly poor. The finished product lacked detail, was badly misaligned, and looked nothing like the professional custom patches that had been discussed. It was clear that little care or attention had gone into the final result. When I complained and requested that the issue be resolved, I was told their “legal department” would be in touch. Unsurprisingly, no one ever contacted me. It appeared to be nothing more than an attempt to avoid addressing the complaint. To make matters even worse, I never actually received the patches I had originally designed and paid for. Instead, I was left out of pocket with a product that fell far below expectations and a company that showed no genuine interest in putting things right. The contrast between the communication before payment and after raising a complaint was night and day. Taking the order was easy. Taking responsibility for poor workmanship was apparently not. Without question one of the worst experiences I have had with a custom manufacturing company. Poor quality, poor customer service, empty promises, and no satisfactory resolution. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice and ensure they have payment protection in place before ordering.
