I'm a new customer and received my order today. The quality of the boxes is much better than I expected, and I really love the foiling on them. One concern is that they should open a store in Salt Lake City— it's tough for me to travel all the way to Missiouri to finalize every production material.

I visited their facility in MO today to finalize my design mockup. Their team is highly cooperative. I told them I won't be available on weekdays due to official engagements and request them if they can meet me on Sunday to finalize my design and they AGREED! How great that is and I truly appreciate their committment to recycling and using sustainable approved inks for my boxes. I really enjoyed the facility tour today and in the end I also want to thank Jennifer who made this arrangement possible.

The boxes were well priced (bought 75, the minimum order size), high quality, and the packing tape so much better. Order arrived quickly and, as over £190, no P&P charge. Cannot fault the service and will be back.

I had the experience of working with Matthew and Brianna from Custom Made Packaging on my newly launched skincare product packaging (boxes). Both were extremely professional in their communication, which I appreciated in comparison to other packaging companies that overwhelm you with communication, making it seem like they are only interested in assuming your business and not actually helping. Matthew was extremely helpful in ensuring I had the appropriate templates to work with and always answered all of my questions thoroughly. Brittany was diligent in reviewing my work for me and addressing any design issues prior to printing to ensure I had the best possible product. I was thrilled with the quality of my end product.
