Quality of the lanyards was great but I had requested a 5 day rush on the product. I talked to a customer service agent and followed their directions of listing the 5 day rush in the comments section of the reorder. It still took 10 business days for the reorder to arrive. Would be nice if there was the option to choose a rush order on a reorder.

Great prices!

The communication was great and I got the lanyards in a very timely manner. My issue is that I ordered purple for the lanyard color because it looked like it was a dark royal purple. Instead I got a lighter lavender purple and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. Very disappointed in the color.

Nylon lanyard don't last very long

Really liked the product, came in just in time! But really made me nervous that I was not sent a tracking number and was not able to track my order.! Overall I’m pretty satisfied

The product was perfect...but trying to reach sales/customer service proved to be VERY difficult.

I found communication to be slow. I also felt there was lack of communication when I asked questions. I ended up calling at one point and was promised things that didn't show up for two days. I also never received updates during the process so I never knew where my order was in production. Lastly, the product itself was not as expected. A transfer was used and the edges of the print were kind of gooey and off white in color. It was not a clean print like what I have received from other vendors. The price was great so not sure if I will come back.
