Great work, loved the product. Only downfall was I paid a lot of money for 5 day shipping, however it was a 6 day process because they didn’t review the order until the following business day which was a Monday. I never got my shipping confirmation number, I had to call to get it emailed at which point they expressed they count 5 days from the day they answer email the confirmation picture. I needed my product on Friday but received it next week Monday.

The product was received in a timely manner and the quality was also great. However, I wish there would have been a little more communication regarding the process from customer service. When I asked questions the answers I received were very short and didn't really clarify what my question was. Overall, I would order again but would know not to expect the best customer service.

I purchase lanyards from L4A for resale to end users for events - have used them for several years and am very happy with quality of products delivered and service until my latest order - it was a re-order and everything has turned out fine, but this go round after placing the order on line I made multiple attempts to reach vendor by phone and could not reach a human being or elicit a call back - With client deadline and my reputation as a supplier on the line I would have been happier (and awarded 5 stars) with a few moments of personal attention . I would still recommend L4A, just hope they have not abandoned hands-on customer service.

Customer Service needs improvement on the phone. Products are usually fine. once the proof has been placed into production.
