This place is a complete scam. Ordered in June. They have been telling me that my items shipped on July 3 and there is no tracking number anywhere. Automated responses saying it's on the way. It's a joke but they have $200 of my money.

I placed an order after I read the shipping speed times. Their website says 4-5 business days to process and 7-12 days to ship. Well, It's been over two weeks, and they claim they JUST shipped it. It will not arrive in near enough time. And when you reach out to the company (you cannot email them - they only respond on facebook), they take 2-3 days to reply AND will not help you! Do NOT purchase from this company!

Do not order!! I placed an order 2 1/2 months ago. They message me back on messenger saying ‘patience’ and ‘it’s been shipped but there is no tracking number’. They are a scam so don’t even bother or you will lose your money!

Ordered 2 customized golf ball stamps and not only is the stamp lettering too small, but the ink is not bold enough to be able to read. Horrible responses from their customer service addressing my issues. $50 down the drain!

Purchased a customized ornament. Got a confirmation email 2 weeks ago and then nothing. Cannot contact anyone. After digging deeper the photos were from an Etsy shop that were stolen. Contacted my credit card company and got my money back. Do. Not. Use!

Package arrived late with all glass items broken. I contacted them through FB as when you call their help line you need to speak Chinese which I don't. After sending pictures they said they were going to issue me a credit within 5 days. Still haven't seen the credit. BEWARE!!!

Absolutely beautifully made,I love it,the seller were super responsive and reply me in patience !Absolutely adorable!Thank you!
