Ordering is easy. This is the 5th pet memorial I have ordered. The quote I chose was one of yours and it isn’t centered. It is a gift for a friend that lost her pet cat.
Response from Customizeaf ™May 26, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we are glad ordering was easy, we deeply regret that the printing quality on this memorial did not meet our usual standards—especially for such a heartfelt gift. To help us resolve this for you immediately, please contact our customer support team via email Once you reach out, we will fast-track a corrected replacement to you. Thank you for your patience and for your loyalty.
