Love the sign, however, you shipped a metal sign with flimsy cardboard in a plastic shipping bag. I received sign with an edge bent. Plastic bag, cardboard, and sign all bent in same place. Not secure shipping for a metal sign. I do not see where to upload an image.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear that your sign arrived damaged. We’re glad to know you love the sign itself, but we sincerely apologize that the packaging did not protect it properly during shipping. Please kindly contact us via email and send a photo of the damage so we can review it and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

Arrived quickly and packed like Fort Knox! The stone is absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. It was purchased to memorialize my brother in the family cemetery plot, his remains are not there. I don’t know how it will weather the elements but we will see. Thank you for an amazing tribute.

It means a great deal to know it arrived quickly, was securely packed, and met your expectations. We hope it brings comfort and serves as a beautiful remembrance for years to come. Thank you again for your trust and support.
